Old Wood Frames

Hey my friends!

On a trip to my husbands' Aunts' farm in Texas, guess what we found?

An old shack, covered in wonderful, gorgeous wood!

So, we took the shack apart to use the wood for projects.

And here is our first project reveal:

My personal carpenter, Mr. Buckets of Burlap,

framed our bathroom mirrors using the old wood.

Let me show you around the master bathroom...

What used to be plain boring mirrors, 

is now kind of fancy with a great patina.

To add a touch of spring, some fresh blooms from my popcorn plant.

A little white tray holds bathroom essentials on the counter.

I got this cross at LaurieAnna's Shoppe last week.

It's holding some of my favorite jewelry.

The mirror view of the other side of the bathroom...

The bathtub area got a little sprucing up with new simple curtains.

My vintage scale found a new home.

And here's a view into the "potty room"

I wish I had a before photo to show you what a difference

the old wood frames made for this room.

My carpenter always comes through for me :)
