Christmas Dining

Welcome to the Styled Set Holiday Entertaining Blog Tour…hosted by Lory from Designthusiasm, and I’m so honored to be a part!

If you are coming over from the beautiful Ella Claire Blog… wasn’t her home amazing?

I am so happy you stopped by to see my home all ready for Christmas Dining!

At the bottom of this post, you’ll be able to visit many other homes on the tour.

For this table setting, I wanted to use neutrals with pops of gold & silver. I used a vintage grainsack table runner on our farm table, as a base. Then I added a French canning jar full of Fraser Fir branches as the centerpiece…with copper, silver, and mercury glass ornaments. I added small pieces of greenery to the napkins, and tied each one in pretty shiny ribbon.

Each place setting includes three different size plates with a knife and fork. The glass mugs are a family heirloom from my MIL. The C is for Cunningham. I love a simple table! Most of my Christmas decorations consist of fresh greenery and a few ornaments.

The beautiful fresh garland across the mantle is Lynch Creek Farm...where you can order fresh wreaths or garlands HERE. The little houses on the mantle are from the Dollar Spot at Target.

A last little detail…I added a mercury glass ornament on each chair back, using the same shiny ribbon. And the gorgeous chair ruffles are Pom Pom at Home.

One of my favorite things about Christmas is having our family over on Christmas Eve…we usually have brunch together and share gifts. It’s one of my favorite traditions. What’s your favorite way to set a table for entertaining at Christmas?
