Remember our chippy blue cabinet? When we bought it a few years ago, I always planned on painting the inside…and never got around to it, until last week :)
Here’s what it looked like before:
With one coat of Annie Sloan in pure white, it’s much lighter & brighter.
I still prefer the doors plain. No glass. No chicken wire.
I’m moving this cabinet to a new spot in the dining room…just to change things up. I’ll show you when I get it all finished.
You know painting isn’t my favorite thing to do. However, I really enjoy the results.
Thanks for visiting my blog today! I’m thrilled you stopped by. And, please come back Thursday for another Repurpose Design Series reveal.
Also, have you gotten the bHOME app yet? Many bHome bloggers will be having a summer home tour coming soon…and you don’t want to miss it!
Have a wonderful week!
Blessings

ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I have always drooled over your gorgeous cabinet but now, goodness, had no idea it could be even better!
ReplyDeleteBecky, love it both ways... Would have had a hard choice in which direction to go in. Your home is always perfect and every choice you make turns out for the better rustic farmhouse beauty that it is.
