Happy Fall, Y’all!
Finally, it is cooler here in Louisiana…at least in the mornings & evenings ;)
So, I did a little “natural” fall decorating. I really enjoy using natural elements for my autumn decor, including fruits, pumpkins, and a few branches from our land.
And I have some great news!! Instead of a “Barn Sale” this month, we will be vendors at our local “Bee Gum Festival”, here in Stonewall, Louisiana.
I made some autumn burlap banners (like this “fall” banner below); and we will have these available for purchase at our booth at the Bee Gum Festival.
For my mantle, I used a chippy, vintage window frame and added dried hydrangeas with burlap ribbon strips. I just attached the hydrangeas to a piece of chicken wire, which I tied to the frame with twine.
Today I’m joining the FALL MANTEL PARTY at Thrifty Decor Chick, and
Wonderful Wednesdays with Wonderful at Home.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today!!
And if you are in the area, I sure would love to see you at the Bee Gum Festival on Saturday, October 5…it opens at 9am. Come shop with us!
Remember, you can follow Buckets of Burlap on Facebook HERE.
Have a lovely week, friends!
Blessings

ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall decor Becky! What is the name of the branch with the berries? I think some of that was twined in with my bittersweet. :)

I really love that rustic wooden door you have above your couch. I have been trying to figure out what would go above our couch (which is similar to yours) in our living room. You can see a photo of it here http://sunnysweetlife.blogspot.com/2013/09/living-room-sneak-peak-and-wish-list.html Do you think something like that would work in this room???
