Hey all my sweet friends!
Are you enjoying beautiful autumn weather?
We finally have cooler temps here, yay!
I love when that “autumn mood” sets in…
hits me like a ton of bricks, and suddenly I’m scurrying
around to gather goldenrod, shop for pumpkins, and make apple cider.
So, here are a few of my fall favorites
that I wanted to share with you…
Apple cider is delicious for cool evenings!
We use cider, mulling spices and cinnamon candies
to make our hot apple cider.
We love pumpkins…white especially!
I found a few cinderella pumpkins…in a huge bin under
all the orange ones, of course.
Oh and I love bringing a little goldenrod in from the pasture.
One of my favorite things to do is create
seasonal tablescapes…this one is very simple.
Isn’t God amazing? He provides all of this fall beauty for
us to enjoy…and we get to bring it into our homes :)
Well, thanks so much for visiting me today!
Have a lovely week :)
So excited to see your post this morning with some of your fall favorites. Your table looks wonderful and I love the basket with the apples in it. I love your mantel and the olive bucket on the hearth. I see lots of cool stuff hanging around your place that I can't wait to hear more about.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks so beautiful, cozy and fallish! The deeper colors are wonderful adorning your white furniture.

Everything is beautiful, Becky. I love the addition of the warm colors. The apple cider looks so delicious... you have me thinking about not only how amazing it tastes, but also its wonderful scent! Hope you have a great week.
ReplyDeleteWow! How gorgeous! I wanted to ask if you have any tips on sewing burlap. I am about to make a runner like the one pictured there for my brother's wedding, and I have never worked with burlap before. There will have to be a seam in the center of runner, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to hide it. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI love your fall decorating. It all looks so gorgeous and fally (I guess I made that up)! Cinderella pumpkins are my very favorite too. Have you seen the pink blush ones this year? I am in love with those! God does give us amazing things to use in your decor if we just look around, right?
ReplyDeleteHey Becky! I just found your blog after touring your home at The Old Painted Cottage.
ReplyDeleteYour home is very pretty! I love all the white that seems to be making an appearance in a lot of homes.
I am still a lover of the traditional, earth and jewel tones! But I dream of living in an all white environment. I live vicariously through your home and others I have toured on the net!
Becky, your home is just too fabulous! I haven't really been on blogger much lately because of school....but whenever I get on, I really enjoy visiting your page and all of your lovely inspiration!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs from here,
Jessie
