Have you decorated your home for Fall yet? Are you holding out for the weather to cool down? I planned to wait until the cooler temps…however, we went to pick pears from a neighbor’s orchard, and I was inspired to add some natural fall decor.

I kept with the usual natural tones and added pops of color with accessories.

In the dining room, I used the pears and small branches to form a garland centerpiece down the middle of the farmtable. I accented each place setting with a pear also.

I added a few yellow pears throughout the garland for a little more color.

The leaves are just beginning to show signs of changing colors…so, it’s hard to find branches with fall colors just yet. To achieve that “cozy feel” for Fall…I like to layer and add texture. A French burlap grainsack makes for a nice pillowcase among the striped grainsack pillows on the sofa.

Another pop of color! Our blue barn door is a favorite spot to store a cowboy hat and hang a basket of dried hydrangeas.

How do you plan to decorate for Fall? Do you have a color scheme? Are you traditional or do you like simple too? I can’t wait until blue and white pumpkins are available! I’ll be back tomorrow with some of my bHOME friends to share some more ideas :) Be sure to join the GIVEAWAY below!

Becky, I love the spirit you spread! No biggy, you just use pears - and make them huuuuge! It doesn´t take much to be grand. Wonderful! You inspired me so much.
Crop, harvest... this is it right now.
Have a happy day, greetings from Méa

Don't know what I enjoy more, getting Fallish in living room for starters or looking at all the awesome touches you gave your home. Now if I only had some branches and pears, love pear colors. You sure know how to give a room a Fall start. Love simplicity and welcoming natural look to it all. Now if we just had a dining room. Yours is wonderful. Happy week
